Hybrid Training

Hybrid training is a mixture of in-person training from your home and homework being assigned online, which can be for individuals and couples who are self-motivated and are able to do at least one session on their own. All packages for in-person training from your home allow for the option of hybrid training with no additional cost.

One Session In-Person Training from Your Home

In-person training from your home provides all of the benefits of a personalized training program without having to make the commute to a gym. Pauline will customize your training to include whichever elements (personal training, yoga and nutrition coaching) you would like in order for you to better reach your fitness goals.

Individual In-Person Training From Your Home – Train from your home with individualized and customized personal training (yoga instruction is also available). Coaching is tailored to your goals and current activity level.

Couples In-Person Training From Your Home – Train from your home with individualized and customized personal training (yoga instruction is also available) for two people. Coaching is tailored to both your goals and current activity level.

Customized Online Coaching

Customized Online Coaching

Online training provides all of the benefits of a personalized training program for individuals at a fraction of the cost of in-person training from home. Pauline will customize your online training to include whichever elements (personal training, yoga and nutrition coaching) you would like in order for you to better reach your fitness goals.

Monthly online training which offers individual customized coaching for making progress towards your fitness goals – Learn doable nutrition strategies, strengthen your fitness levels and or your yoga practice. Coaching is completely customized to you and your goals. Move and feel better after 4 weeks!

One Session – Looking to start off with a single session before you commit to a full month of training. With a single session you’ll get a feel of how the coaching works and see all the benefits that a coach can offer you.

Hybrid Training

Packages of In-Person Training From Your Home (which can include Hybrid Training)

Packages of in-person training from your home are offered at a reduced rate per session and can also include hybrid training free of charge. Hybrid training is a mixture of in-person training from your home and homework being assigned online, which works best for individuals and couples who are self-motivated enough to get one session done on their own.

Individual In-Person Training From Your Home Package of Six Sessions – Customized personal training, yoga or nutrition coaching is available. Coaching is tailored to your goals and current activity level.
